You know physical healing is easier than emotional healing. Yes, this is true. I’m not saying this to scare you, but it is the reality.
Let’s take an example:
If you are injured, everyone can see the blood, which proves you are in pain and suffering.
In this case, people around you will always support you during this time.
But if you are emotionally destroyed, traumatized, or wounded, no one can see or even notice it. There is no visible proof that you are suffering—you are the only one who knows.
No one sees your pain, and most of the time, you find yourself alone, with no one truly understanding what you’re going through
People always need proof to fully believe or to feel. If you appear physically fit and well, they assume you are happy and doing great—even when you are completely broken inside.
Healing is a solo journey, which is why it feels scary and uncomfortable for most people. They often choose pain and comfort over loneliness and growth.
What Is Healing?
Healing is:
- When you are no longer triggered by anything, no matter what and you live in peace in the present moment, following your path and embracing life.
- When you let go of fear and experience freedom.
- When you stop dwelling on the past or chasing the future, but instead live in the present while attracting growth and transformation for the future
- When you transform pain into a blessing, embracing personal growth and self-discovery
- When you notice your feelings, understand them, and respond with awareness rather than react impulsively to situations

How Healing Happens (Perception and Awareness):
When perception arises, we don’t have to force anything; we simply need to be present and trust in God or the universe.
At this point, answers come naturally, guiding us toward the right path—this is what we call Awareness.
I will give a simple explanation of perception and awareness.
Perception: When you have the information, are certain about it, and understand what to do
Example :
“You know that letting go of the past is important for your happiness. You understand that holding onto pain only makes things worse”.
Awareness: When you find the answer to what was on your mind and deeply feel it within.
Example :
“One day, after going through a tough situation, you suddenly feel a deep sense of peace when you decide to truly let go. It’s no longer just an idea—it’s a feeling that shifts your entire perspective, allowing you to move ahead freely”.

Awareness is key to personal growth because it helps you recognize patterns, triggers, and areas in need of healing.

Between these two stages, allow yourself all the patience and time needed.
