We, as humans, are created as both body and soul, and God/the universe gave us a strong protector to guide us through life, which is intuition. Intuition is the main source of our protection in life, whether physical or emotional, but over time it has become very confusing to separate intuition from fear, and this is where the biggest problems begin.
In this blog, we will explore why we should follow our intuition and why intuition is the source of our life.

We will talk about:
Summary
What Is Intuition and How Does It Work?
Intuition is that feeling you have without any clear reason, you just know that you want to do something or take a certain decision. It usually appears when the body is relaxed and in a stable state.
I’ll give you an example to expain it better: has it ever happened that you made a decision, then overthought it and changed your mind? In the end, you chose the wrong option, while the first one was actually the right decision? This happens to us a lot, especially during exams or at school.
So at first, intuition cames to you just like that as a thought. Then you started overthinking and changing it. What happened is that the first thought was right, but fear, what ifs, and doubt came in between. The mind then comes up with a second idea to stay safe and treats the situation as a danger. But what was the real danger? Not the thought or the decision, the danger was the fear and doubt, which created a false warning signal to the mind.
P.S: The mind doesn’t differentiate between real danger and imagined danger. If a signal comes from the nervous system as a threat, the mind will automatically come up with a solution to protect you.
Why Is Intuition So Important in Life?
Fear is the main cause of many problems in our lives. So many dreams and futures have been destroyed because of fear, limiting beliefs, and comparison. Imagine if every one of us followed his intuition and his own path without doubt..how would life be? More happiness, more creativity, and far less drama.

In the Past: Before Modern Life
Long ago, in primitive times, life was simple. There was no formal education or evolution as we know it today, and people were guided mainly by what they felt. They were connected to themselves and led by their inner senses.
For example, a woman with her child. Back then, a mother knew why her baby was crying whether from hunger, discomfort, or the need to sleep purely through intuition and the deep connection she had with her child.
There was no guidance, information, or education involved. They relied only on their senses, and in many ways, they knew how to survive life better.
Nowadays: How Life Has Changed
Compared to today, we now have endless sources, education, tools, books, the internet, and more, yet we lack intuition, or better said,we can’t make a diffrence between fear and inner calling, we are disconnected from ourselves.
Because of this, we often can’t distinguish between raising a child from fear and raising a child from intuition.
This is the paradox of modern life: life has become easier, yet less authentic. We focus more on visible results than on the process and inner connection.
I’m not saying fear didn’t exist back then. Fear was real and valid,it appeared when danger was sensed, and it served as protection.
Today, however, people feel fear without sensing real danger.
We fear the possibility of something happening, even when most of the time we are completely safe.
Why Do People Ignore Their Intuition?
People often ignore their intuition because it can feel uncomfortable. Intuition pushes us to change direction from “the wrong path to the right one” whether it’s in a job, a relationship, or even a place in life. And this shift often feels like starting from zero. That’s when fear steps in, amplified by social pressures and limiting beliefs that build a wall between our current ego-driven life and the life we are truly meant to live.
As a result, many people choose the wrong path settling for short-term, ego-driven happiness, rather than embracing the right path that leads to lifelong fulfillment.

Let me give you an example:
Imagine someone wanted to build a house. The land he chose was not suitable for construction, but it was socially appealing, famous, expensive, and prestigious. At first, he wasn’t sure about the risks, but After hearing it several times, he was certain that the news was true. he ignored his intuition. His gut was sending signals that the house was unsafe, but fear began to take over.
He thought, “I’d have to demolish everything and start over. I could lose a lot of money and time. My neighbors are still living here after the rumors, so I’ll stay too.” Out of comfort, he decided to ignore his intuition, even though his life was at risk, the house could have collapsed at any time but he stayed out of Ego.
This is a perfect example of what happens in life. People often ignore the real danger in front of them and instead focus on appearances, how things look to others, rather than listening to their inner guidance. Comfort and ego often take priority over real safety and truth.
How to Start Following Your Intuition?
• Always trust the first hint; it is usually right. When you start thinking, “but… what if…ect”, come back to your first thought.
• Never ignore red flags. They are signs from the universe meant to guide you, always pay attention to them.
• Feel the fear and trust that there is a higher force leading you and staying with you all the way. That force is the same one that created you and has kept you alive until now.
• Intuition can feel painful; fear itself is not the truth. When you feel pain, it means your intuition is trying to tell you something, listen to it and follow it.
• Have faith and trust your path. Even if it feels hard or uncomfortable, you will get there. The harder it gets, the closer you are to your true path. 🌱
Conclusion
Intuition is not the absence of fear. The key difference is whether the fear is pointing to a real danger or simply an emotional reaction.
If you are afraid of a physical threat, that fear is real, your intuition is trying to protect you. But if you fear what someone might think of you, or that they may misunderstand you, this is a false fear. No matter what happens, you are safe; your life is not in danger.
Intuition is not meant to limit you, it is the force of life itself, guiding you toward safety, truth, and alignment with who you truly are.
